Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join a physician-founded network of outpatient clinics in Maryland, with opportunities in the Bethesda and Glen Burnie area. The role emphasizes precision oncology, theranostics, and close physician collaboration.

The position offers a Monday–Friday outpatient schedule with no inpatient duties, training in theranostics, and ongoing patient follow-through.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner credentials and Maryland licensure.
• 5+ years of outpatient oncology NP experience.
• Strong solid-tumor oncology experience.
• Experience independently assessing and managing oncology patients.
• Comfortable reviewing labs, imaging, treatment response, and treatment plans.
• Experience managing treatment-related symptoms and toxicities.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent patient and family communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with physicians.
• Ability to regularly work between the Bethesda and Glen Burnie locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient oncology care within a physician-led network.
• Collaborate closely with Nuclear Medicine Physicians and physician founders.
• Receive training in theranostics and radiopharmaceutical therapy.
• Follow patients throughout their treatment journey and beyond.
• Spend meaningful time with patients and their families.
• Support a specialized, collaborative clinical team.
• Engage in precision oncology and emerging cancer therapies.
