Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
- Document interventions and evaluate patient/family response; prescribe therapies as indicated.
- Provide education to patients and families; promote wellness and community resources.
- Incorporate evidence-based knowledge into clinical practice; complete charge capture and medical records.
