• Current Clinical Nurse Specialist licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients.
• Document interventions and patient responses; prescribe therapies as indicated.
• Perform procedures with appropriate training.
• Educate patients and families.
• Promote wellness and connect patients with community resources.
• Incorporate evidence-based research into practice.
• Support documentation and charging processes.
