Job summary

TheMednet is seeking an Oncology Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens support in Spokane, WA. The NP will work full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, caring for inpatient oncology patients.

Requirements include an active Washington license (or IMLC where applicable), BLS, and DEA registration. Credentialing typically completes within 30 days; Epic is the EMR in use.

Qualifications

• Active Washington license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact equivalent.
• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with oncology experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• DEA registration required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inpatient oncology patients within a 8:00–17:00 schedule.
• Provide patient assessment, treatment planning and orders.
• Collaborate with oncology team to coordinate care across units.
• Complete credentialing within ~30 days.

Pay Rate: $101.85 - $110.25

This facility is seeking a Oncology Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Full-time coverage, 4 weeks per month; Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Practice Setting: Inpatient Oncology.

Type of cases and required procedures: Management of inpatient oncology patients; provider must have experience caring for oncology patients in the inpatient setting.

Credentialing timeframe: 30 days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

Certifications required: Basic Life Support

Licensure required: Active Washington license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact equivalent as applicable

Drug Enforcement Administration registration required.
