Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, MD, seeks a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join the Institute for Cancer Care. You will provide advanced oncology care, educate patients, and support treatment plans across a network of Mercy locations.

The role requires Maryland-licensed CRNP, independent decision-making, and strong communication skills. Travel to downtown Baltimore, Glen Burnie, Lutherville, and Overlea is included.

Qualifications

• Masters in Nursing: Certified Nurse Practitioner required.
• CRNP license/certification required to practice in Maryland.
• Current federal and Maryland narcotics numbers required.
• CRNP experience preferred.
• CPR certification for HEALTHCARE PROVIDER LEVEL is required.
• Ability to work independently and make independent decisions.
• Strong communication and tact with staff, patients, and families.

Responsibilities

• Prescribe medications and tests as part of Oncology care.
• Educate oncology patients on treatment plans and goals.
• Be available to patients, providers, and staff for infusion escalations.
