Formación

• RN state licensure and current registration with the State Board of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current basic life support (BLS)/CPR certification.
• Current state license as a Physician Assistant.
• Current licensure as Clinical Nurse Specialist.

Responsabilidades

• Obtains health histories by performing complete physical examinations and psychosocial assessments.
• Performs clinical and diagnostic procedures including skin examinations and biopsies.
• Provides diagnostic and pharmacologic management in collaboration with physicians.
• Works within Nursing and Admixture policy guidelines and quality standards.
• Integrates an individualized health maintenance program for community and office settings.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team on care plans and survivorship.
