This role provides specialized nursing assessment, triage, patient education, and treatment coordination for cancer patients, supporting timely communication and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license.
• Oncology, ambulatory, or specialty practice experience preferred.
• OCN certification obtained within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages clinical messages and provides RN-level triage. Escalates concerns as needed.
• Coordinates orders, testing, medications, referrals, treatment preparation, and follow-up.
• Prepares and supports patients before, during, and after clinic-based procedures, including education and supplies.
