Job summary

Reid Health is seeking an experienced RN Navigator to guide oncology patients through their cancer journey. The role is full-time, day shift, 40 hours per week, 8:00am–5:00pm, providing education, care coordination and psychosocial support.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN with nurse licensure noted as Indiana Nursing License; Master’s Degree in Nursing is preferred. Minimum 3 years of oncology clinical experience is expected to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• At least 3 years of oncology clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates care across the cancer care continuum.
• Provides education on treatment options and psychosocial support.
• Facilitates referrals to genetics, financial counseling, and support groups.
• Collaborates with physicians and care teams to develop care plans.
• Schedules appointments and coordinates diagnostic services.
