Qualifications

• BSN and 3 years of leadership experience, upon hire.
• Master's degree in a related field upon hire.
• Registered Nurse in TX, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor RN staff to deliver patient-centered care.
• Oversee clinical operations and drive unit goals.
• Develop staff through leadership development and shared governance.
• Establish effective communication channels and hold monthly staff meetings.
• Participate in orientation and evaluate programs affecting employees.
• Represent staff needs and advocate for patient families.
