Qualifications

• At least two years of hematology/oncology experience.
• Fluency in English, with strong oral and written communication.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license; travel to clinics required.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate the overall nursing care and functions.
• Coordinate unit activities and direct, organize, and assign work to nurses and technicians.
• Assess, monitor, and educate the nursing staff on patient care.
• Institute emergency procedures as necessary.
