Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of demonstrated leadership, training, and process improvement.
• RN licensure in appropriate state is required; OCN within 30 months of employment with signed OCN education agreement is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in outpatient setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatments, medications, and ongoing care needs.
• Advocate for patients while fostering a compassionate care environment.
