Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health is seeking an Oncology Nurse Coordinator to facilitate and coordinate safe, comprehensive care for patients at Moorestown/Oncology multidisciplinary sites. This role functions within a multidisciplinary team and oversees a defined patient group with nursing process application and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities include coordinating treatment, communicating with patients and families, and supporting development of Cooper Moorestown Multidisciplinary site.

Qualifications

• Onc unit role requires use of nursing process in patient care.
• Leadership may be remote; requires supervisory decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to delegate.
• Cross-training in other specialty areas is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate safe, comprehensive care for patients at Moorestown/Oncology sites.
• Assume accountability for a group of patients within a designated time frame.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Liaise with patients and families receiving treatment; support clinical operations.
