Cooper Norcross Health is seeking an Oncology Nurse Coordinator to facilitate and coordinate safe, comprehensive care at the Moorestown Multidisciplinary site. This role will manage a group of oncology patients, applying the nursing process and coordinating with the team to ensure high-quality care.

The position requires critical thinking and nursing leadership, with potential for remote supervision. BSN preferred; NJ-RN license required; ONS/ONCC preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years RN in Oncology setting preferred.
• ONS/ONCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate safe and comprehensive care for oncology patients at Moorestown Multidisciplinary sites.
• Lead and participate in a multidisciplinary team to deliver nursing care using the nursing process.
• Support development and operations of the Cooper Moorestown Multidisciplinary site with remote leadership as needed.
