Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required.
• RN license is mandatory.
• 3+ years bedside experience preferred.
• Oncology experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medications.
• Develops and documents care plans with the interprofessional team and family.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs and ensures communication across care continuum.
• Adheres to safety and regulatory standards as a safety-sensitive role.
