Title: Chemo Infusion Registered Nurse

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Location: San Antonio, TX. Rotate between 2 clinics

Pay: Starting at $32/hr, plus full benefits package

The Chemo Infusion RN responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Administer chemotherapy, hydration, and other medications under the direction and supervision of physicians.
• Assist with the planning, directing, and supervising of the overall nursing team and care within the infusion suite, including scheduling, check-out, patient triage, and verification of physician-directed orders.
• Mix chemotherapy, hydration, and other medications as needed in the absence of a Pharmacy Technician.
• Document all required treatment and nursing assessments within the EMR.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
• Current, clean, and active RN license to practice in Texas.
• Must have at least 3 years of RN experience.
• Must have experience with medical oncology, chemotherapy, or infusion.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
