Responsibilities

• Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
• Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State.
• BLS Certification
• ACLS certification (in monitored areas).

Preferred:

• Chemotherapy certification preferred. Certification offered after 6 months of hire
• One year of recent acute care experience
• BSN

Outstanding teamwork with low turnover, this unit provides nurses the opportunity to work 12 hour shifts with nurse to patient ratios of 1:4 on days/nights with a Clinical Leader to provide support throughout both shifts. We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to coordinate, supervise and implement patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice.
