Job summary

University Medical Partners in Pleasanton, CA, affiliated with Stanford Medicine, seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a hematology/oncology team. The role includes outpatient and inpatient care, infusion center supervision, and care coordination in a patient-centered environment.

Requirements include California NP or PA licensure and board certification; oncology experience is preferred. EPIC EMR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active California NP or PA license.
• Board Certified.
• Oncology experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow-ups for patients on active therapy or surveillance.
• Supervise infusion room and collaborate with RNs to manage side effects.
• Perform cancer therapy education visits with patient and family.
• Order and interpret labs and radiology studies; assist triage of urgent needs.
• Primarily clinic-based: patient care, infusion center supervision, care coordination, inbox management.
• Collaborate with Stanford Medicine Faculty and participate in trials.
