UCHealth Cancer Care Clinic at Poudre Valley Hospital in Colorado is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with oncology experience to join a growing team. The role is 100% outpatient with no call responsibilities and a four‑day work week, using the EPIC EMR platform to coordinate care.

The ideal candidate holds a PA or NP degree, active Colorado licensure, and board certification (PA-C or ANCC/AANPCB).

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Master’s in Nursing (NP) required.
• Unrestricted license to practice as PA in Colorado or NP license in state.
• PA-C or NP certification with ongoing maintenance.
• DEA permit to prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Eligibility for Medicare/Medicaid provider status.
• Unrestricted medical staff membership with privileges; prescriptive authority as applicable.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative hematology/oncology team serving Northern Colorado.
• Provide focused oncology care with emphasis on quality patient outcomes.
• 4-day work week with 100% outpatient clinic responsibilities and no on-call duties.
• Utilize EPIC EMR system across the practice.
• Maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid.
