Job summary

Hematology Oncology Associates of CNY (HOACNY) is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our oncology team. Work is performed across three convenient locations in East Syracuse, Camillus and Auburn with day hours, Monday through Friday.

The AP Provider collaborates with physicians and nurses to deliver high-quality cancer care, including prescribing under NYS law and maintaining patient-centered care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner Program (MS preferred).
• Graduate of a Physician Assistant Program and Licensed in NYS.
• Authorized to issue prescriptions under NYS regulations and in accordance with practice protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality cancer care within a collaborative model to improve patient outcomes.
• Strengthen continuity of care for oncology patients across settings.
• Contribute to a team-based approach serving patients, families, and staff.
