Hematology Oncology Associates of CNY (HOACNY) is seeking a full-time Medication Services Nurse Navigator to join our team. This role supports the Physician Dispensing department across three locations in East Syracuse, Syracuse and Auburn, with day hours Monday through Friday and a focus on patient care and medication management.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure with oncology experience and OCN is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Two years oncology experience.
• OCN certification preferred.
• NYS nursing license required.

Responsibilities

• Dispense commercially available drugs.
• Assess medication orders and patient care needs.
• Assist with planning and implementing antineoplastic regimens.
• Assist with prior authorizations and REMs programs.
