Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to supervise care for patients at Hollings Cancer Center and affiliated infusion suites in the Charleston area. The role includes staffing a rapid access clinic and participating in weekend/holiday infusion coverage.

Applicants must be licensed as PA or APRN, with preferred hematology/oncology or acute care experience. This salaried position reports to the primary supervising physician and supports education of NP/PA

Qualifications

• Must be an Advanced Practice Provider with licensure as PA or APRN.
• Experience in hematology/oncology settings preferred.
• Experience supervising infusion services or clinics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take comprehensive histories and perform physical exams.
• Supervise patient care in Hollings Cancer Center and infusion suites.
• Coordinate therapy initiation and monitor labs and orders.
• Provide coverage for infusion services and rapid access clinic.
• Precept NP/PA students and support professional development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and state laws.
