You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely access to care, educate patients, and coordinate referrals and support services across the cancer care continuum.

The role emphasizes advocacy, emotional support, and proactive care coordination, with a focus on reducing barriers and improving survivorship outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Active North Carolina RN license is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Three or more years of RN Oncology experience are required.
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) is preferred.

• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Educates patients and caregivers on disease, treatment, side effects, and survivorship.
• Coordinates referrals within Frye and the region.
• Provides emotional support related to clinical condition.
