Job summary

Aroa Biosurgery Limited is recruiting a Senior Medical Science Liaison to expand awareness and adoption of its regenerative technologies through scientific leadership in evidence generation, education, KOL engagement, and field medical excellence.

The role involves mentoring field medical teams, leading clinical studies, collaborating with Clinical Development, and ensuring ISO 14155 compliance across markets while translating data into engaging educational content for clinicians globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Medical Science or related healthcare discipline; MD or PhD preferred.
• Valid driver's license and US Passport and ability to travel extensively.
• 2-3 years of clinical experience within wound care, surgery, trauma, plastics, reconstructive surgery, or related specialties. Experience participating in clinical research or evidence-generation activities.
• Prior experience as a Medical Science Liaison.

Responsibilities

• Mentor field medical colleagues and support cross-functional initiatives to strengthen clinical presence.
• Lead clinical evidence initiatives, including registries, case series, publications, conference presentations, and research activities.
• Partner with Clinical Development to support study design and investigator-initiated research, ensuring projects stay on time and in scope.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14155 and applicable regulations in markets where AROA products are sold.
• Translate complex clinical data into compelling educational content and presentations.
• Deliver scientific, technical, and clinical training to internal teams and healthcare professionals.
• Provide clinical expertise and sales support during key customer engagements.
• Influence organizational strategy related to education, training, clinical initiatives, marketing, and commercial growth.
