Job summary

Aroa Biosurgery Limited is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to expand awareness and adoption of our regenerative technologies through evidence generation, education, KOL engagement, and field medical excellence. You will mentor field medical colleagues and lead cross‑functional initiatives to strengthen our clinical and scientific presence globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Medical Science or related healthcare discipline; MD or PhD preferred.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience within wound care, surgery, trauma, plastics, reconstructive surgery, or related specialties; experience in clinical research or evidence-generation.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor field medical colleagues and strengthen AROA’s clinical and scientific presence globally.
• Lead clinical evidence initiatives, including registries, case series, publications, conference presentations, and research activities.
• Partner with Clinical Development to support study design and investigator-initiated research; ensure projects stay on time and in scope.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14155 and applicable regulations in markets where AROA products are sold.
• Translate complex clinical data into educational content and presentations.
• Deliver scientific, technical, and clinical training to internal teams and healthcare professionals.
• Provide clinical expertise and sales support during key customer engagements.
• Influence organizational strategy related to education, training, clinical initiatives, marketing, and commercial growth.
• Lead conference planning and scientific engagement activities, including abstract submissions and KOL interactions.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with leading clinicians, researchers, and scientific influencers.
• Serve as a trusted partner and scientific resource to customers and external stakeholders.
• Organize advisory boards and communicate actionable medical insights to internal stakeholders.
