About UT Health East Texas: UT Health East Texas comprises 10 hospitals, over 90 clinics, regional rehab facilities, emergency centers, home health services across 41 counties, EMS fleet, and a trauma network including a Level 1 trauma center. In 2024, six urgent care clinics were added. The team includes nearly 400 providers and 7,000 staff members.
As a UT System partner, UT Health East Texas provides access to research, clinical therapies, and training for future healthcare professionals, including residency programs and medical students at UT Tyler.
