Job description

Located in suburban Kansas City, AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused physician to join our medical oncology department.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology and Hematology
• Current, valid Kansas medical license
• Specialized oncology experience preferred
• Three years of post-fellowship experience preferred, but highly qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply

Practice Details:

• Campus: Shawnee Mission
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Call rotation: 1 in 6
• Patient volume: Approximately 20 patients daily
• On-call: 24-hour inpatient and outpatient clinic coverage at night
• EMR: Epic
• Compensation: Guaranteed initial base salary with a wRVU production component, sign-on bonus, and a quality bonus after 12 months based on RVU production
