Job description

We are seeking a BoardCertified or Board Eligible Hematology Oncology Physician for a locumsopportunity in Richmond, Indiana. This position runs from April throughDecember 2025, with a consistent Monday-Friday clinic schedule and sharedweekend call. The role is primarily outpatient-focused, with hospital roundingand consults only when on primary call rotation.

Position Details:

• Schedule:
  • Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
  • Call Rotation: Weekends - Friday 5:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM, rotating with other providers
  • Clinic Patient Volume: 18-20 patients/day
  • On-Call Duties:
    • Hospital consults and rounding (only when on primary call)
    • Backup APP support included in rotation
• Procedures: None required

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology (must be certified within 5 years of residency)
• Active Indiana Medical License or eligibility via IMLC
• Minimum Experience: 2+ years preferred
• Certifications Required:
  • ACLS (AHA-issued)
  • BLS (AHA-issued)
• Flu Vaccination: Required (medical or religious exemption accepted)
