Oncologist Needed in Cortlandt Manor, NY

Compensation: $330/hr

Benefits: Lodging, flight, and rental car provided

Qualifications:

• Must be board certified
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Breast fellowship training preferred

Position Details:

• Duration: 3 months with an option to extend
• Setting: Hospital/clinic at hospital
• Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with infusion coverage until 5:30 pm once or twice a week
• Clinical hours are blocked twice daily during unassigned call weeks to ensure coverage
• Potential for one weekend call and one week of unassigned hospital call per month
• Call responsibilities include both in-house and phone calls

Support Staff and Team:

• Each provider has a Medical Assistant (Cancer Center Tech) who also covers lab draws
• Team includes 2 RN navigators (recruiting a third) to assist patients and providers
• One full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) in practice, with a .5 NP shared with Radiation Oncology starting in November
