Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians in our Leesburg area clinics, with responsibilities that include phlebotomy, laboratory testing, and assisting with procedures.

You should have at least one year of clinic or physician office experience, be able to perform venipunctures, hold a Florida driver’s license, and possess a high school diploma or GED. BLS is required on hire or within 30 days; FCS provides BLS training.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of experience as a medical assistant in a clinic or physician’s office with the ability to perform venipunctures preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license is needed for travel to the clinics.
• High school diploma or GED is required and will be required to produce at time of hire.
• BLS required upon hire or must be obtained within 30 days of employment (FCS will provide BLS course within first 30 days).
