Job summary

Qualifications

• One of the following: MA program completion OR at least 1 year MA experience OR active RN/LPN license to practice in Utah.
• Current BLS certification for healthcare providers; must be obtained before start date.
• Basic computer skills (word processing and data entry).
• Professional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to protect privacy, confidentiality and PHI.
• Utah-only: MA residency pathway if MA experience is <1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under clinician direction and assist provider with visit information.
• Communicate clearly with patients via phone and in person.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patient care with attention to detail and follow-through.
