Qualifications

• Completion of a nursing assistant training course preferred (CNA Cert.) or one (1) plus years of experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and maintains the hygiene/cleanliness of the patients and the patient’s environment.
• Conducts hourly rounds per Service Excellence Standards.
• Promotes comfort and safety for patients and visitors.
• Assists with nutritional/hydration interventions (feeding, fluids, snacks).
• Collects and records patient data and communicates with the care team.
• Engages in ongoing professional growth and evidence-based tasks.
