Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Regional Reimbursement Director for the Northeast & Mid Atlantic region.

This field-based role focuses on managing reimbursement for Ipsen’s oncology portfolio and building MAC relationships to improve patient access. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharma or related consulting and 5+ years in payer reimbursement, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in public policy, economics, business, life sciences, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/consulting experience.
• 5+ years in reimbursement for injectable/infusible therapies or devices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field teams to expand access and reduce barriers to Ipsen’s oncology products.
• Develop reimbursement strategies, tools, and approved materials for field use.
• Build and maintain relationships with MACs to ensure access to Ipsen’s portfolio.
• Provide reimbursement support at advisory boards or conferences.
• Increase awareness of IPSEN CARES Patient support hub and related resources.
• Serve as field reimbursement expert to provide insights and identify access barriers.
• Support patient access by providing coverage, coding, and payment policy guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for payer meetings and field tools.
• Aim to meet targets for timely reimbursement support and access readiness.
• Monitor payer policy changes and advise on access strategies.
• Assist in training programs for providers on reimbursement best practices.
• Translate local payer trends to inform Ipsen access planning.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to support oncology growth and launches.
• Provide market intelligence on payer trends and site-of-care dynamics.
