Job summary

Select Medical's ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program in Chandler, AZ is hiring an Occupational Therapist with a focus on oncology and lymphedema. The role involves outpatient care with a caseload mainly oncology/lymphedema and ortho backfill as needed. Mentorship, education, and a strong benefits package support growth.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, located at 655 S Dobson Rd, Chandler. Lymphedema/cancer rehab experience preferred; training available for motivated candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have state licensure or eligibility for Occupational Therapy licensure
• CPR certification
• Adult outpatient experience preferred; oncology/lymphedema interest a plus

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with Oncology/Lymphedema needs
• Direct and coordinate treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with state practice acts and regulations
• Complete required trainings
• Maintain open, respectful communication with patients and staff
