Banner Physical Therapy's ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Occupational Therapist with oncology and lymphedema interest. Adult outpatient experience is required; level II fieldwork considered. Training available for candidates with passion but no prior oncology experience.

Caseload will be oncology and lymphedema with ortho backfill as schedule dictates. Join a respected team dedicated to improving quality of life for people affected by cancer.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of educational requirements for state licensure
• Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
• CPR certified
• Adult outpatient experience required
• Lymphedema/cancer rehab experience preferred or willing to train

Location: 655 S Dobson Rd, Suite B-111 Chandler, AZ 85224

Incentives: $20K Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday

Our Banner Physical Therapy center is looking for an Occupational Therapist with a special interest in oncology and lymphedema to join our team as part of our growing local ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program. Adult outpatient experience required, willing to consider level II fieldwork experience. Lymphedema and/or cancer rehabilitation experience preferred and we're able to provide training for individuals with passion but no experience. Caseload will be primarily oncology and lymphedema with ortho backfill as schedule dictates.

ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Our vision is to establish comprehensive cancer rehabilitation as a standard of care for people affected by cancer. Our network of 900+ specially trained, multidisciplinary therapists work closely with oncologists and people affected by cancer to create personalized rehabilitation plans.

Minimum Requirements

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational Therapy
• Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
