Qualifications

• LPN license required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care under RN supervision and physician orders.
• Assist with exams, treatments and coordination of tests and follow-up care.
• Provide patient and family education and teach-back when appropriate.
• Ensure accurate documentation within established timelines.
• Participate in staff education and contribute to a team-based approach.
