Qualified candidates hold a GA LPN license and AHA BLS, with ACLS/PALS/NRP or other certifications preferred for certain units. This is a full-time position with standard day hours, focused on delivering quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Preferred: ACLS, PALS, NRP or other clinical certifications may be preferred in specific units.
• Visual color acuity depending on the unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients under the direction of the RN and in accordance with hospital policies.
• Participate in planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for patients.
• Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in an assigned clinical area.
