This is an exciting opportunity to join IQVIA as an Oncology Inside Sales Specialist to drive sales for a top 10 pharmaceutical companies current oncology portfolio specific to the Breast Cancer and Ovarian Cancer space.

The Oncology Inside Sales Specialist is a remote role. The Oncology Inside Sales Specialist will be expected to make outbound calls and educate via Zoom meetings to sell oncology therapeutics to the breast cancer and ovarian cancer key stakeholder community. This representative will have responsibilities in a variety of Sales, Customer Service and Administrative functions. In this role, you will convey complex clinical, diagnostics and access & reimbursement information to customers and key stakeholders so that all appropriate patients can benefit from therapy. You must be able to utilize strong interpersonal skills to remotely establish relationships of trust that allow for directed probing to uncover the customer's needs and develop solutions within the company framework that meet these needs. This requires a high level of collaboration with cross functional peers to ensure that the company suite of services is made available as appropriate.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited school required.
  • 1-3 years sales experience in pharma/biotech/device required.
  • 1-3 years Oncology sales experience required.
  • 2 years Remote/Inside sales experience preferred.
  • Breast Cancer and/or Ovarian Cancer sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Rare Disease sales experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with track record of sales success in prior roles i.e., sales rankings, awards & achievements.
  • Superior communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work from home, including appropriate office environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and computer skills essential.
  • High level of learning agility in supporting multiple brands.
  • Ability to distill complex clinical and access information into clear, actionable insights tailored to varying audience levels – from office staff to medical oncologists.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Proven ability to communicate complex clinical message with customers.
  • Prior experience working and collaborating in an account team environment.
  • Knowledge of the reimbursement and fulfillment pathway for specialty products
  • Proven ability to examine business environment, interpret territory analytics and team insights to assess business opportunities and drive sales results.
  • Strong account management and superior selling skills focused on providing a high level of customer service.
  • Opportunistic, driven, and proven ability to find ways to win in ambiguous environment.

The potential base pay range for this role is 110k The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
