Baystate Health is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse for the Oncology Unit (Springfield 3) at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. The role supports patient-centered oncology care on a Magnet-designated campus with night shifts and weekend coverage.

Qualified candidates will have MA RN licensure, active BLS/CPR, ADN with BSN preferred, and at least 1 year of RN experience. ONS/ONCC certification must be obtained within 1 year of hire.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse in Massachusetts (MA).
• Current American Heart Association CPR required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in inpatient care.
• ADN required; BSN preferred; ONS/ONCC certificate within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient oncology care on the Springfield 3 unit.
• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
