Job summary

Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers seeks an experienced Oncology RN to provide chemotherapy and infusion treatments across our infusion centers. The role requires adaptability to various clinic environments and teams while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have outpatient oncology or infusion nursing experience, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication with a patient-first mindset. Sign-on bonus is available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Active AZ RN License is required.
• ONS Chemo/Bio Certification or OCN required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective chemotherapy and infusion treatments.
• Monitor patients for reactions and intervene appropriately.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
• Adapt quickly to different clinic environments and teams.
• Document accurately within EMR systems.
• Uphold PPE and safety protocols at all times.
