Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN license in Texas.
• BSN preferred; current BLS certification.
• Level I: 0–3 years nursing experience; Level II: 3+ years; Level Senior: 5+ years; oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate and promote continuity of care per standards.
• Assess patient/family needs; provide teaching and materials.
• Administer therapies under physician supervision; manage medications.
