Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a clinical setting including specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing care according to patient’s specific needs.
• Anticipate and recognize changes in patient status.
• Administer medications including chemotherapy and biologics.
• Provide telephone consultations and care coordination.
• Maintain accurate clinical and patient records.
• Assist in staff orientation and educational activities.
