Job summary

Oncology Consultants - Southeast is seeking an RN to provide safe, accurate patient care including assessment, labs review, and medication administration in a multi-site oncology setting.

You will educate patients, conduct triage, document in EMR, and ensure proper charging; travel to other clinic locations and overtime as required. Strong English communication and critical thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required.
• Unencumbered RN license in state of employment or multi-state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel to other clinic locations.
• Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital setting.
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy, supportive care, and non-oncologic agents.
• Provide triage care and communicate patient condition to the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and caregivers about medications, side effects, and treatment plans.
• Document treatment in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) thoroughly and timely.
• Ensure proper patient identification and accurate charges.
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and overtime as needed.
• Travel to other clinic locations as required; work at multiple sites.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
