Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cancer Center with a focus on providing comprehensive oncology nursing care. This 36-hour-per-week day shift role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants and a salary range reflecting experienced nursing responsibilities.

The successful candidate will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, document vital signs, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, individualized care plans.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
Registered Nurse license required.
BLS Certification: Required.
ACLS: Preferred.
NRP: Preferred.
PALS: Preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records.
Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.
Monitor, document, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses and conditions.
