Qualifications

• Education: ADN required or BSN preferred.
• RN license required (state).
• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor reactions.
• Record vital signs and patient information.
• Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to plan and modify care plans.
• Adjust treatments based on patient responses.
