Rush University Medical Center is seeking an Oncology Infusion RN 2 to join the Infusion Services team in Chicago. The role supports infusion of chemotherapy and related therapies with a focus on evidence-based practice and patient education.

Earned nursing degree with Illinois RN licensure; BLS required, ACLS recommended. Minimum one year of nursing experience, oncology experience preferred; Epic and Beacon experience is beneficial for daily operations. A $6,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualificações

• Earned nursing degree at the baccalaureate level or higher; Illinois RN licensure.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS strongly recommended.
• Chemotherapy/biotherapy certification or plan to obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience; one year oncology preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate infusion care for oncology patients; administer meds and therapies.
• Educate patients and families; monitor for adverse reactions and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to support quality initiatives.
• Prioritize care for complex patients and respond to status changes.
