Job summary

American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Registered Nurse to join Messino Cancer Centers in the United States. The role focuses on safe, accurate patient care, chemotherapy administration, patient education, and triage within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include a Nursing Degree with an unencumbered RN license, CPR/BLS, and valid driver's license. Strong English communication, critical thinking, and EMR proficiency are essential for success in a fast-paced, multi-site

Qualifications

Nursing degree required and RN license in the state of employment.
Current CPR and BLS certifications required.
Experience with hematology/oncology patients preferred in clinic or hospital settings.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy, supportive care and non-oncologic agents per orders.
Educate patients and caregivers about medications, side effects and planned treatment.
Triage telephone calls and messages from patients and providers with appropriate prioritization.
Document treatment and patient information accurately in the EMR.
Assist with inventory, supply stocking and adherence to JBIs and safety standards.
