Job summary

Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN, is seeking a Pharmacist to join the infusion pharmacy team at the Joe Lueken Cancer Center. You will review prescriptions, counsel patients, and ensure safe, effective oncology therapies.

Experience in oncology, home infusion, or sterile compounding is preferred, with onboarding and on-call support. A sign-on bonus is available; typical shifts run 7:30–8:30 a.m. to 4:00–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Knowledge of drugs and their actions; state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions to assure accuracy and appropriate ingredients.
• Provide information on drug interactions, side effects, dosage and storage.
• Assist in aligning patient therapy with clinical guidelines and safety standards.
