Job summary

Baptist Health, the largest healthcare system in central Alabama, seeks an Infusion Pharmacist to provide and coordinate pharmaceutical services in the MCC Infusion departments. Responsibilities include clinical evaluation, dispensing, compounding, inventory management, and strict regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidate holds a PharmD, active Alabama license, and PGY-1 with oncology experience preferred. On-site position at Montgomery Cancer Center with full-time day shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of Pharmacy; PGY-1 required; PGY-2 Oncology preferred.
• Active Alabama Pharmacist license (RPH) required; Alabama CII certification required.
• BLS certification required; BPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical patient evaluation and medication therapy management.
• Preparation and dispensing of prescriptions; compounding as needed.
• Inventory management and record keeping.
• Adherence to USP 797 & 800 guidelines and related regulations.
