Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Oncology Infusion Department. The role provides care to ambulatory/outpatient oncology patients across multiple sites in the Boston area, with rotating shifts and a 40-hour work week.

The RN will collaborate with physicians, nurses and staff in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safe patient care, acute attention to infusion procedures, and adherence to nursing standards of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program with current MA licensure.
• Minimum 2 years Oncology nursing experience.
• OCN certification preferred or infusion specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for assigned patients.
• Coordinate with care team to ensure safe, evidence-based nursing care.
• Document care plans and outcomes in the EMR; ensure accurate charting.
