Job summary

Piedmont Cancer Institute in Georgia is seeking a Clinical Nurse to provide comprehensive care for hematology and oncology patients. You will assess, triage, treat, and educate patients per PCI policies, with duties in the Infusion Suite and Triage, and occasional travel to other sites.

The role requires an active GA RN license, BLS, and a willingness to handle chemotherapy administration under supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia (GA).
• BLS Certification required.
• Oncology RN experience preferred but not required.
• ONS chemotherapy/immunotherapy provider course preferred.
• Proficiency in central line care and venipuncture.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EHR systems.
• Ability to travel intermittently between locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Infusion Suite and Triage as directed by leaders.
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy and other meds per orders.
• Document interventions in real time using available software.
• Educate patients and care partners on plan of care.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and HIPAA compliance.
